Re: E-Mail on 2 pcs
Easiest way i think is to set the Oulook machine to leave a copy of the email on the server, that way the other machine will download a copy when you check mail.

Simply use IMAP instead of PoP3. Where you choose to use Pop3 when you were setting up your email, tick the box for IMAP. Have a look here for more details.

Re: E-Mail on 2 pcs
Both answers above are correct. Chose the one that's most suitable to you. I use the method outlined in post #2 and it works very well. I chose one computer as the main computer for emails and the other 3 computers are set to 'leave email on the server' so whilst emails arrive at whichever computer is in use they are all downloaded onto the main computer whenever I log-on there and then deleted from the server as this computer doesn't have 'leave message on the server' ticked..

Re: E-Mail on 2 pcs
I find IMAP on SKY very messy, producing multiple duplicate folders. (Perhaps it's just me!)
I find the best way is to use "recent mode" which downloads new messages fronm the last 30 days, even if they have already been retrieved by another client.
I can't find any Sky help pages on it but here is Gmail's instructions on it.
