      If you have the correct username, you can usually reset the password.

      I think I need to start right from the beginning - if I knew how. I seem to be lost with my settings as all accounts will not send or receive.

      Good evening Isitme - after much trying of all combinations of usernames, passwords etc I think I may have made some progress. At the moment when I send an email from the orange account I no longer get an error message and the email moves off the outbox and I'm waiting to see if this orange email gets delivered to one of my sky accounts.

      I do not believe it - look before you leap - I have not managed to sort it just received an error message from the orange account.

      Everything was working okay until this afternoon. The Orange account was set as my default account as I have had this account for many years and all my contacts only know this email address. When I saw the article on this site about sky enabling other smtp accounts to work with sky I joined and had no problems until today?

      I would not know how to check if the Orange account is still active. As I've mentioned I'm sure I have done something to the setting that sky gave me to put into my Orange account to give me access to use orange and I do not know what the settings were or how to retrieve them. Sorry.

      It is SkyUser who run this not Sky itself. Send a PM to NewsreadeR or SatDish and explain your prblem. I am sure they will be able to give you the proper settings again.
