Using non @sky.com email accounts
Hello
I have several email accounts setup in Outlook that do not have @sky.com addresses. I can retrieve emails through the various account domain POP servers but must set my SMTP server to smtp.tools.sky.com and authentication to my @sky.com address. Now all emails are sent as though they came from my @sky.com address regardless of which Outlook account or "from" address I use. This means that everyone sees these emails as coming from my @sky.com account when they did not and any replies go to this @sky.com address!
I have used this setup for years with NTL who do not use SMTP authentication. All accounts would check their own POP servers and all sent via the smtp.ntlworld.com address and still correctly retained their "sent from" account. I just moved into my girlfriends house who is on Sky and now I have these problems.
Can this be fixed so that the recipient sees the correct "from" address for the account I am using to send the email?
