      Not Receiving All Sky E-Mails

      Hi,

      I've had a Sky e-mail account for the last couple of years but in the last week or so I have not been receiving all e-mails.

      I access my mail account through POP using Outlook 2007. I've got several other mail accounts set up (non-Sky) through Outlook and haven't had any problems with these.

      Last night, I called Sky and they told me to disable IMAP through the mail settings but all that did was do a purge of all e-mails I have sent since I had the account. These subsequently landed in my Inbox.

      This process hasn't resolved the issue as there are e-mails I have sent myself from my work account today which haven't been received. Annoyingly, I still seem to get plenty of spam!

      I've also tried repairing the .pst file using ScanPST but no joy.

      Can anyone help?

      Ok, I'm now not receiving any e-mails from my Sky account.

      Does anyone have any idea?

      I assume you've changed Outlook to use POP if that's what you have your mailbox set to now? All my Sky emails are coming through fine...and I've got 5 accounts routing to Outlook 2007

      Remove the account from outlook and rebuild it from scratch and make sure you are back on IMAP again to get all mails pulled down.
