Re: Saving Important messages
Do you want to know how to create labels and then archive online in your email system via sky or do you want them saved to your pc? If you want the emails on your pc then you use outlook/ outlook express, windows live mail etc to download the emails.

Re: Saving Important messages
I have tried and tried to configure e-mails to windows live but keep getting a pop up asking for my user name and password, when I enter them correctly I then get the error message username and password incorrect. I have followed all the advice in the forum with no luck, so I have given up in frustration. Sky have been less than helpful, I am beginning to regret changing provider for such a simple matter, any suggestions

Re: Saving Important messages
One of the main trip ups is not turning POP / IMAP on in the first place. Then you may get the passwords not being aligned across the servers so do a "forgot my password" on sky.com without logging in and then reset the password from there. This will reset the password on the email server at the same time.
The pop ups about user name and password are more often than not just errors in the user name or the password has not been reset correctly. Even if you can log into sky it doesn't mean the email log in always works. Can you log into email and tools? If so have you turned on POP and Imap (make sure you haven't turned on forwarding by mistake)?
Once that is done make sure you use the full email address as the user name and the correct ports.
