Windows mail keeps asking for password

just tried to retrive my mail from windows vista email and a box keeps coming up asking me for my username and password,i enter it,click ok,but it just keeps on coming up asking for my username and password,i have tried deleting my account and readding it but the same box keeps coming up,can anyone help me please?it is the right password because i have just signed in here with it,thank you karen

Unless you are using the same password, you should not be able to sign in here with it. This site has nothing to do with Sky or Sky Mail. What you must do is go to your MySky page sign in there and see if you can access your email on line. If you can your password is correct, so something else is wrong with your settings. Can you try that please.

One thing to check, which many get wrong, is that your username on the email set up page is your full email address eg karen at skydotcom not just karen.

are you using pop 3 or imap ?
