      unable to send emails

Hi . my wife has been unable to send emails and the following error pops up,
unable to send email as you have exceeded your storage quota.
do we resolve this by deleting vast amounts of mail or is this a 90 day thing?

      Re: unable to send emails

Erm how have you exceeded storage quotas? Is that on the webmail interface? You could try going into sent mail and deleting stuff from there if you don't need it. Make sure the trash folder is empty (If you delete email in the web interface it often goes there and you then have to empty that out), also check your spam folder and empty it.
