cant delete emails or read

hi, every time for the past week or so..i log onto sky to read my mail....i sign in...the page loads with all my mails...but when i click on one to read ...the page just keeps reloading again & again i keep clicking to read and the page just keep reloading...i then tried to delete some messages & once again...acroos the top it says action completed..but then the page reloads yet again & the mails i thought i had deleted are still there...i have tried time & time again...anyone have any ideas at all why this is happening now...used to be fine but now have this problem...many thanks in advance

I don't know why it is happening but there are other places you can read your mails online such as these:

worcesterman47, I had a similar problem last week with the page constantly reloading, emails not deleting and couldn't close the task window. I clicked on details at the bottom of the page at the end of account activity and closed any other account activity and that seemed to sort it. I think it happens if you don't log off the account properly.

Have had the same issue myself, think it's either logging into multiple locations at same time as above or just the Google servers as I have seen it on my gmail account more than anything.

Just had another play with it and seems to happen if I open the Task window which will not close down.
