      8. Tap 'SMTP server', enter 'smtp.tools.sky.com' and then tap 'Done'.
      9. Tap 'SMTP port', enter '465' and then tap 'Done'.
      10. Tap 'Secure connection' and then tap'On'.
      11. Tap 'Incoming server type' and then tap 'POP3'.
      12. Tap 'POP3 server', enter 'pop.tools.sky.com' and then tap 'Done'.

      15. Tap 'Download limit (count)' and enter '300' and tap 'OK' (left softkey).
      16. Ignore 'IMAP4 incoming email' as this is grayed out and will not let you change.
      17. Tap 'Retrieving option' and tap either 'Subject only' or 'Normal'.
      18. Check 'Keep on server' is ticked (tap to add).
      19. Tap 'My address', enter your full Email address and then tap 'Done'.
      20. Tap 'User name' enter your/customer's user ID (for o2 email users this will be their full email address) and then tap 'Done'.
      21. Tap 'Password' enter your/customer's Email account password and then tap 'Done'.
      22. Check 'POP before SMTP' is unticked (tap to remove).
      23. Check 'SMTP auth.' is ticked (tap to add).
      24. Check 'Same as POP3/IMAP4' is ticked (tap to add).

these are taken from O2 but I tried to adjust them to what I think they should be...might be wrong mind...

      awesome!!

might be worth considering IMAP - so you can have the account configured on your PC as well and it'll synchronise with all the accounts...

      IMAP?
      Whats this?

Ok it did work, I got 2 e-mails this morning after setting the phone up, I've had more since but not to the phone, went on phone and hit the download now I get connection failed.
Got any idea why this is?
