      The manager who you are calling an idiot is trying to diagnose this fault on the phone, he doesn't have the luxury of being there and testing your equipment, you should be able to do this yourself, I think you should appologise for wasting their time with YOUR problem.

      It wasn't Microsoft (you have also rang them and wasted their time)

      Again its not may system thats is wrong i am not at fault this manager will not accept this and help to sort out the problem if you can be bothered to read my posts properly you would see we have moved on i have a chap who works for sky diagnostic's who also agrees with me on this it was him that found the HD box Download problem and no i am not joking and by the way i did not install this kit sky did that so they are reasonable for any problems there staff make to a customers sky setup for the length of the contract

      Ah cant find it again but I have just been reading an other members post on the sky email with outlook issues what he was describing is the same problems I was having but I didnít have an Ipod connected just vista windows mail which is just an updated outlook the only other differences I can see is I have the problem with HD box or cable dropping the connection I will get more new on that on Tuesday so will see maybe

      If it is your splitter it is your setup not Sky's

      No, they installed it for you so it is now yours, it came with the install. You also own the satellite receiver, dish, LNB, all cables and the router.

      just read this entire post and i cant understand why its gone on for sooooo long, its a waste of space, why???? the guy is NOT listening to people what exactly does he want?? if you put up a post asking for advise dont then attack the people helping you out,

      I Am not trying to a attack anyone on here but I do feel as if I am being attacked and yes perhaps I am venting some anger in my posts and the facts are that sky are at fault no question about that. but is seems some members on here are insisting its my equipment thatís at fault which it clearly is not the case give me some credit here I would now if it was and it clearly seems to me that some of you donít see it any other way thatís not giving help and advice thatís dictation

      OK, last point I'm gonna make on it...

      Yes the equipment is the OP's - he now owns it - BUT it's under warranty and if it goes faulty then Sky have to fix it...be it repaying him for replacing the splitter or doing it themselves...
