i call him a idiot simply because he is blind to the fact that he cant see past this its Microsoft thing he won,t see it any other way if he looked at my file he would see that some progress has been made and should be helping to sort this out by getting the right department to check this out in stead of arguing with paying customer's its idiot's like this that mess this country up

Re: Email Major problems
You have just said it is a splitter problem, so it is your internal wiring at fault?

Re: Email Major problems
Yes it seems that is the Case which is still being tested so it seems we are getting closer to the problem but i still have to talk to sky about this as it wasn't me that installed this equipment that was down to a third party sat installer so now we have a manager who's record is stuck on its a Microsoft problem
and will not let me talk to someone who can sort this out at the end of the day i am a paying customer and i have a sky system that is not up to standard so if this manager refuser's to allow of pass me on to the apt departments the only course of action
I Can see is to remove this manager or go for breech of contract or a quick email to the BBC watch dog programThe Blues Man

Re: Email Major problems
Watchdog won't do a lot over something that costs you, the paying customer, about £1 to fix...or just remove the cable altogether as it doesn't affect your TV viewing, just plug it in when/if you want to watch a PPV movie/sporting event...

Re: Email Major problems
You are kidding arn't you?
The fault is at your end and nothing to do with Sky or their e-mail service. You expect them to sort it for you? Why?
Do you expect them to sort out any problems on your PC also?
The manager who you are calling an idiot is trying to diagnose this fault on the phone, he doesn't have the luxury of being there and testing your equipment, you should be able to do this yourself, I think you should appologise for wasting their time with YOUR problem.
Bottom line is that you have wasted a lot of other peoples time on a fault YOU should be paying to get fixed.
It wasn't Sky (you have rang then numerous times and been quite rude about them)
It wasn't Microsoft (you have also rang them and wasted their time)
IT WAS YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!!
(who's the idiot now?).
