Clear your temporary internet files, go into tools, internet options, click on security and set internet level to medium, click on privacy tab and do the same, click on advanced tab (up top) and reset to defaults.
Also are you logging in with the user name and password provided by sky via letter?

      Re: new user email help

Did you log in using the supplied user name and password and then go into MySky, manage additional accounts? If not the likelihood is it has not created properly.

      Re: new user email help

I am having exactly the same problem, I created 2 additional accounts, both created ok, I can log into the Sky portal with both but only 1 will enable the 'Email & Tools' account. I have tried on 3 different computers and as I said 1 works ok the other not so corrupt temp file or settings shouldn't affect it.
