Original Message Follows: ------------------------
Thankyou for your email and call of 10/3/09, in response to my complaint dated 25/2/09.
I have been on holiday in Cuba for 10 days, so not much opportunity to pick up messages.
However, to get my Outlook Express email working again, on 26/2/09 I changed my Outlook server settings from pop.tools.sky.com to pop.googlemail.com (for incoming mail), and from smtp.tools.sky.com to smtp.googlemail.com (for outgoing mail).
So my only question now is: "do I leave the settings as they are, or change them back?"
I look forward to your early response.
