      Since it's the google mail system in use and Sky are relying on them to run it properly and fix issues quickly there will be times when this happens. It's annoying for customers and support staff alike when this happens but Sky can only fix issues being caused on their side of the system, if there is an issue on the Google side then we can only hope it gets dealt with quickly.

      Well I am sure Sky has a service level agreement with Google and hope they are charging them a fortune.

      Personally I would prefer if they just got it working as soon as possible, it's not helping anyone the way it is. If it's an issue Skys' side they need to sort it, if it's Googles' side they need to bring pressure to bear.

      Hello guys,
      Here is a solution to the problem of the spinning wheel which keeps turning after accepting the Terms and conditions. Tried it myself on several different email addresses and it works- Do not know why though!!!!!

      1. Go to Sky.com - Home.
      2. Click on 'Sign in', in the top left hand corner.
      3. Login using additional username and password.
      4. Once logged in, click on the 'Email' tab in top left hand corner.
      5. Place a tick in the small box to accept the terms and conditions and click next.
      6. Once the 'spinning wheel' appears, click on 'sky.com' in the top left hand corner in the black bar.
      7. Once redirected to the sky.com homepage, click 'Sign Out' in the top left hand corner.
      8. When redirected back to the sky.com homepage, click 'Email and Tools' in the black bar on top right hand corner.
      9. Enter username and password and click 'Login Now'.
      10. Please click on the envelope icon on the email and tools page.
      11. You will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions again. place a tick and click next.
      12. The 'Spinning wheel' will start again.
      13. A 'Congratulations' message will now appear, please click 'Go To Mail'.
      14. This will direct you to your Sky email Inbox.

      KC72 - That tip worked a treat. I dont know how you worked that one out but it worked for me too.
      I wonder if this should be made a sticky until the server issue is resolved...mods?
