default text encoding for outgoing mail

I get incoming mail with included graphics but when I reply or forward the message then the graphics are stripped out and only plain text is sent.

In settings I have "default text encoding for outgoing mail" checked. What are the default settings? Can this be set to HTML - and, if so, how? Is it part of the SAGEM router setup, or Windows XP, or the SKY server?

This problem does not occur if I use outlook express to process the sky emails nor is it a problem with my Gmail account - only Sky using the new Sky(Google) email browser.

      Thanks in advance, hrb.

it would be something in the sky email and tools, email settings page for that account. It's nothing to do with the router at all as its a web based service at that point.
