Sky e-mail
Can someone help me with this please. I keep having problems with my e-mail using Outlook express. I have checked all my settings and they seem to be okay but I cannot download or send out. This is just one of the various messages I keep getting. I also keep getting the logon box popping up everytime I try to use the e-mail and its driving me mad.

Re: Sky e-mail
Hello,
As i was saying i use windows live mail but the settings are close if not the same ,
Ok to start check the first page of the account ,
User name Ect :
From here click on the servers tab and make sure the settings are all ok ,
You will see on the page it says " My server requirers authentication " make sure this is ticked ,
From here go to advanced checking the port numbers 465 Smtp 995 Pop3
Also make sure both a ticked for (SSL)
If this is all ok i would try the same but for imap .Last edited by Steven_Belfast; 09-01-09 at 08:57 AM.
