Help changing password of sub account
Hello,
I needed to access one of my sub account email address's but I can't remember the password. There's an email I need to read in the inbox but when I go on the sky.com site there is no lost password link. I went to manage additional users and saw the account but it only said remove this user
Can anyone help?

Kurby.... have you logged out of the main account? You need to be logged out completely of mysky etc on the main account, go to sky.com, click on the "sign in" link and the forgotten password link should be there.
