Can't get into my Outlook Express Sky E-Mail account
Hi guys,
Suddenly (yesterday) and for no apparent reason my Sky/Outlook Express E-Mail account now keeps asking me for my logon username and password (they are already showing and saved). I haven't changed them ever, yet it won't let me in. Strangely I can access and read my E-Mails via the Sky webservice with the same username and password?

try closing outlook express and then open www.sky.com/unlock

Thanks for replying, but sadly it didn't work for me. It said "Captcha successfully unlocked" but when I try to get into my E-Mail it's still a no-no.

have you tried typing the password in again on your software tool? Sometimes they corrupt on your password file on the HD. If that fails try a forgotten password reset on sky.com (log out of your accout, click sign in, click forgotten my password).

Thanks for your help. I've got it sorted now. My password did somehow get corrupted.
