      Email issue

      Is anyone able to tell me why when i send an email to a certain email address it is not received? they have checked their filters etc.

      First, make sure that you entered the correct address.

      Second, ask them to check their Spam folder to make sure that you are not being automatically filtered.

      Third, wait for up to 3 days - email isn't instant.

      Fourth, are they trying to tell you something

      What's the domain ending to the email and how are you sending it (webmail or through software?)?

      the domain is .ac.uk

      my wife is getting her work to check if they have me as a spam filter.

      any other ideas

      Just a quickie - are you sure that they have been sent and are not just sitting in your out box?

      If they are not bouncing back to you then this would be my guess. They must be being filtered somewhere.
