      Outlook Express help...

      Hi, i'm using outlook express 6 and am having trouble recieving my emails.

      I've followed all the instructions on this site and sky's, enabled POP3 on my sky settings but when i click send/recieve it keeps asking me for my username and password, which are already there and correct??

      the error message that pops up is:

      There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Username and password not accepted.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

      Help anyone....

      Is the password giving you access to your MySky page? If it is, try going there and changing your password. MySky>Email and Tools>Mail Setting>Accounts.
