2nd Email Address with Windows Mail
A friend has moved over to Sky Broadband
I've helped set up for POP3 & configured the Account Holders email in Windows Mail, ok
The User has added a 2nd Email Account, which I'm told is setup ok in MySky but gives a Windows Security window, when Send/Receive is tested, asking for the Username & password, waiting to find out if it accepts these
The other settings ie/ Servers, Ports etc are set as the Main Account
Does each account need setting for Pop3 individually ?
Does Outgoing Server: "My Server requires Authentication" - Settings "Logon as" & the Main Users account details entering
Any other thoughts much appreciated

yes, each account needs to be setup as an individual entry in your mail client - including all correct ports used...I have 8 email accounts (mixture of Sky and normal Google) and they all work fine...
