More Sky Outlook problems
I was wondering if anyone has overcome this problem I've got with Sky and Outlook. Like most I had the problems when they initially changed settings which got sorted but now I'm finding that even though I've only got my busines email set up with Outlook, when I send emails people are receiving them from my Sky email address and not my business one.
I think it has something to do with the outgoing servers now having my Sky email and password as part of the authentication. Anyone have any ideas?
I called Sky and the person was very unhelpful and said we dont offer this service whereas other service providers do as a colleague of mine is with virgin and he does not have this issue

Re: Please help
If you don't want your sky email address to be appended to every mail you send you need to use another SMTP server.
They do a free one here at skyuser.

Re: Please help
ok, so you have a .business@sky.com. email address and a personal one
under the account settings highlight the account and click change then more settings and check under the outgoing server that use same settings is selected, then click ok and check the e-mail address field and the usename is the same eg. .businessaccount@sky.com. and the password is correct, try a test e-mail to yourself via test account settings
and the post your results here
