Outlook 2007 - problem
Hi
I've followed the guide to enable Outlook to receive my Sky email
Every time I open Outlook it continually opens the Enter Network Password window, the fields are already completed (correctly), but it will not recognise them when I click OK, and as a result I cannot receive/send mail. Every few seconds the window re-opens.
It shows an error bad logon/failed password when I attempt to send mail
Whilst logging onto the Sky email page I reset my password. Is this causing the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

more than likely - go to HERE and enter the old password with your username...see if that helps...

Unfortunately I've misplaced my original Password, my 1st post may have been misleading

Already done, still keep getting the error, 'Email server rejected your login' verify you user name and password !

And your user name is the full email address with @sky.com? if it continues and you cannot use the www.sky.com/unlock site to resolve this you may need to call tier 1 to go through to webmail for a manual reset.
