      Receiving correctly addressed e mails but not intended for me.

      Hi
      Can anyone advise please.
      I'm receiving correctly addressed e mails but they are obviously for another similar named person.
      I respond to the sender but have received no feedback.
      I have looked for an e mail address to contact sky, but cannot find one.
      Any advice pleeeese!

      dont bother contacting Sky, there is nothing they can do

      Its likely that someone gave out your email address, thinking it was their own. They probably have an address that is really similar i.e. joe-bloggs and joe_bloggs

      Best bet, reply to the senders again, tell them your not the intended recipient, and they should stop.

      If not, set up a mail filter which deletes emails from that sender, or stores them in a different file, in case the correct recipient comes asking for them
