problems with outlook
Hi all
New to forum so you've probebly heard this before but i'm having problems recieving emails to my outlook account, Recieve fine on my sky email but wont send them to outlook, is there anyway to leave message on server as in outlook?

I'm not quite sure what your problem is. Is it that there is mail in the Sky inbox but you cannot download it with Outlook?
This is because Googlemail (on which Skymail is based) marks all mail as Read when you look at it on the site and hence Outlook won't download it.
The way to overcome this is to change your email User Name in the Logon Information from e.g. "whitecroft@sky.com" to "recent:whitecroft@sky.com" This tells it to download all the mail in the inbox.
Works for gmail and googlemail too.
You can instruct Outlook to delete the mail or leave it on the server; either way, each instance of Outlook will only download it once.
