Unable to send e-mail form account
Sorry if this has been discussed previously but I cannot seem to find the answer.
I have just got my Sky e-mail set up.
I am using Outlook 2002.
Am able to send and receive with my sky e-mail address but I also have other pop e-mail addresses I use for work etc.
I am able to receive e-mail on these accounts but not send.
I have adjusted the smtp setting on these other accounts to smtp.tools.sky.com but unable to send.
Prior to being with sky I was with Pipex and was able to send from any account by using smtp.dsl.pipex.com
Can any one please advise.

You need to set up an alternative smtp server as you can only send sky related mail via their severs. A free one is provided by SkyUser details of how to reply can be found here:

Despite registering for teh smtp service I am not able to send from my other accounts.
Does anyone know the smtp settings thast need to be applied?
