duplicated e-mails
I have been using googlemail but I have set it up so that any messages are transferred to my sky mail address.
This works OK but I get the same message twice !!!!!!!!
Can anyone tell me how to only get the e-mail once

Re: duplicated e-mails
Are you downloading your email only from one account?

Re: duplicated e-mails
Why are you forwarding email if you are picking both email accounts up anyway? Check your settings and make sure "keep a copy on server" is not set.

Re: duplicated e-mails
I am fed up with Google and its "conversations". It puts new mail in places it is difficult to find

Re: duplicated e-mails
Then whichever account you are forwarding you need to go into the settings for it and see if you are leaving a copy on the server once its forwarded. Check in settings, pop and forwarding/ imap and look at the drop down list, it may be set to keep google mails copy in the inbox. If it is then it will pull it again when you next download your emails, if you set it to delete googles copy it won't pull it down again.

Re: duplicated e-mails
I tried setting it to delete mails but that didn't work !!!!!!!!!!!!
I have now tried archiving incoming mail (in Google settings). If I send a message from SKY to google I only get one message coming to sky which is what I want. I'll see what happens when someone else sends a message
