      I have now set Google to archive incoming mail but I still get a duplicate message.
      If I send a message from Sky to Google I only get one email in my sky inbox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      Does this ring a bell with anyone?????

      I message comes into google and 2 into outlook Express.
      I have even tried IMAP but still get the same.
      It's driving me MAD

      This is how I have it set up, in your sky.com online mail under settings select Forwarding and POP/IMAP, in the forwarding section select disable forwarding, in the POP Download select 'Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on' and in the 2. When messages are accessed with POP change the drop down menu to 'archive Google Mail's copy' (this will save you mails online).

      I have gone into google and set to forward messages to sky and delete from google and this seems to work
