Problems with a new sky email account
I have set up an additional user but even thought I have programmed the seetings exactly as my original I keep getting and error message -ERR not supported 10pf890086agd.24 ( the last 5 or 6 letters and numbers change each time)
Any ideas?

have you logged in with the new account and enabled POP (assuming you want to use Outlook)? the additional use needs to be activated by logging into the inbox online before it can be used...
