I have been with sky for a month now. Before i was with ntl cable without a problem with mt email. I use incredimail as my default server. When i changed i cauld receive mail but not send but today i can do neither. My sky account is ok but i cannot add my ntl account which is the account i use all the time. All my contacts have my ntl email, so i am a little stuck. Can anyone help?

Sounds as if NTL/Virgin media have closed the email account you had with them.
As soon as you leave an ISP you usually cannot sent emails, but will continue to be able to receive them for a while.
Its a good reason to get an ISP independent email account like G-mail
If that is the case you will have to let all your contacts know what your new Email address is.
Maybe get onto Virgin and ask them?
