Re: Outlook express help needed
I think the answer is in that "Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication".
You have "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" checked under servers. Uncheck it and all should work.

Re: Outlook express help needed
Close outlook express, go to www.sky.com/unlock and follow the instructions. Do not use the @sky.com piece when asked on that page for a user name.

Re: Outlook express help needed
Clear your temp internet files out, go to email and tools, mail settings, pop and forwarding. imap and see what it is set at. Click on enable POP for all mail and then click on save changes. Close the browser, reopen it and post back what it says as status on the screen.
If it's not holding the change after the page saves then something is wrong on the account and it will need to go back to webmail.
