Error Message
Guys, firstly congrats on a brilliant site - it's been a real help so far!
I'm trying set up Outlook to recieve emails from my sky.com address but I keep getting this error message;
Task 'pop.tools.sky.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: ŠERR [AUTH] Username and password not accepted.'
I can log into my emails on the sky website with the same username and password but for some reason it won't work in outlook. I re-typed the username/password countless times but I still get this message! What am I doing wrong???

Google the error code and select the first option which is a Microsoft Tech Site. It explains you have a problem and offers a download to solve the problem Problems with Error Code 0x800CCC92 ?

Have you got your full email address as your username? It must have the "@sky.com" on it.

You could try www.sky.com/unlock. (username doesn't need the @sky.com for this)
