Problems forwarding email address to Windows mail

Have spent hours trying to forward email address set up via Mysky to Windows mail - keep getting following error

Account: 'Nigel', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR not supported l33pf429920ugc.0', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Email address is set up correctly on mysky & i have followed closely forum guidelines for setting up. Windows security keeps prompting for user name & password which I know are right, but they are not accepted.

Anyone help? Lady at Sky said there could be a 72hr synch timeframe - is this right or will I be back on the phone for more hours?

      Thx

I suspect you have "Log on using secure password authentication" ticked. Try with "Log on using clear text authentication" instead.
