additional e-mail addresses
Why is life so difficult. All I want to do is add another e-mail account for my wife to use.
With NTL it was so simple, log in, click on ADD and type in an e-mail address. With sky i keep going round inn ruddy circles. It keeps asking me for an address to send the confirmation mail too to enter some key, but it won't lett me send it to my own. So I added an account in Outlook, which sends, but keeps asking for a password to log in...
How do I add other members of my family so they can receive e-mails ?

Re: additional e-mail addresses
You are trying to add users in the wrong place.
You do it through "my sky" "manage additional users".
This link should take you there.

Re: additional e-mail addresses
Where are you creating the email account? You should be doing it via logging into sky.com with your main user name and then go to mysky, when in there look on the left of the page for a link within the manage profile area to manage additional users.

Re: additional e-mail addresses
Guys, thanks for the input.
The issue I didn't understand was that you have to create "manage" additional acounts and create a new user, then log in under that users username and password, then go to e-mail - settings - enable all the pop malarky so that Outlook can log in using the secure settings.
Well that's what I did, and it works OK. If I simply did the "add additiona mail addresses" I couldn't log in under my wifes details in outlook as the account to retrieve the test mail with the pass code .....
Seems a lot of fuffing around for additional e-mail addresses
