      Outlook Express problems

      I am still having problems sending mail despite checking and re-checking settings .

      The following is the error message I am now getting.

      Anyone any ideas?

      Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR not supported k2pf1797642ugf.0', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

      those are the incoming mail settings, the outgoing is the smtp.tools.sky.com server...

      And looks like authentication is on as well as SSL. Looks like a setup error TBH

      try using 'gmail' instead of pop
