Setting Up Additional User Email
I have posted previously (yesterday) on this problem but it has obviously been buried by newer posts and lost my original responders. I have made some progress because initially I had not appreciated where to start setting an additional user up on the Sky Web Site. I have been using Sky Broadband for over 12 months and my own emails have always worked well.
I have set up the additional user. Created a username and password for the additional user and am able to log it using this identification. I have logged into the email section of the Web Site and been welcomed in and told it would now work.
I can sent an email from the Sky Web site to my self on my own computer using the additional user as the sender. When I attempt to send an email using my own email from the Web Site to the additional user, the LOGON box keeps popping up asking for the user name and password. Using the same Additional User's name and password which is used to log onto the Sky Web site. It tells me that the user name and password are wrong.
I tried changing the additional user's user name and password by putting my own user name and password in the Log in Pop Up Box in Outlook Express. It then searches both my own and the additional user messages. It is obviously a problem to do with the user name and password. Any ideas please.
The Outlook Express 6 on the computer for the additional user is set up in exactly the same way as my own (except for user name and password details of course). In the additional Users setup in Outlook Express I am using the Additional users Username and Password.
Heaven help someone who is new to computers!.

Fixed. Very many thanks for all your help.
For anyone else with similar problem the moral is to meticulously check that every detail of what you set up on the Sky WebSite corresponds with that on Outlook Express.
