      Additional email account woes...

      I am able to create additional user accounts that are recognised on my prime account but when I first click on the "email" link I get this error message:

      There appears to be a problem, and we have been unable to activate your Sky Email & Tools account.
      In order to activate your Email & Tools account, simply log in again shortly, with your Sky.com username and password.


      I have read that there is a known glitch on some accounts with recognition of additional accounts on the prime account but I have not been able to find any posts related to this problem.

      Where did you create the new account and was there a numeral in front of the user name?

      From the "Manage Additional Users" link on my prime account and I can confirm there in not a number in front of the user name.

      Hi Tom, Yes I'd found this but on investigation it appears to relate to the Prime account not recognising the additional account known problem with some accounts...if that makes sense!

      I have still been unable to create email accounts for 2 family members....any thoughts?

      This is the error report that I still receive: There appears to be a problem, and we have been unable to activate your Sky Email & Tools account.

      You'll need to contact sky tech support and ask to speak to webmail.
