send & receive in sky web email

Is there a send & receive button in sky web mail...reason I ask is that I have set up outlook to receive my emails..works no problem..but I notice that an email I have in outlook is not in my web mail....I have 'save a copy on Sky' switched on. I thought I'd force a send and receive but could not find a way of doing so..

check that you havent set emails to be stored in archive

Re: send & receive in sky web email

If you have any "labels" set to automatically filter then the email will disapear from your "inbox" into the labels area. One other thing though, you have checked the missing email is to your sky email address haven't you?
Easiest way to find it would be to perform a search on your webmail inbox, let the Google search engine tell you if its in there.

Re: send & receive in sky web email

There is no send receive as you send the email you are working on so the send button is within that screen area. Any emails received are automatically updated on the screen as soon as they hit your inbox area on the google servers.
