Enable POP wont save
Morning All
I am trying to enable POP through Sky`s web site but although I save changes it does`nt appear to actually save them, i`ve tried turning my firewall off but to no avail.
Doea anyone have any ideas other than going through the dreaded ho-help desk!!

If you mean the radio button no longer has a dot in it that is correct, you only set the button to change it. You can tell it is enabled as status shows "POP is enabled " in green.
The strange thing is that on "enable IMAP" the radio button DOES stay checked!! - go figure!!Last edited by moleman; 17-04-08 at 09:30 AM. Reason: Added that IMAP behaves differently

Also, if it doesn't show as saved on the screen try clearing out your temp files as they might be showing old info.
