Re: email login
outlook is a part of windows so cannot be removed although i would persevere with it it took me a couple of attempts to set up gmail and sky mail with outlook but it works perfectly, just need to get the ports right and tick the proper boxes for secure passwords and ssl settings but i get my googlemail and sky.com mail no probs

Re: email login
Thanks I did enter and rentered about a dozen times and still could not get it to go, it would just download a whole lot of mail but then it died. I got so frustrated. I may give it one more try.
I was looking at a program called Thunderbird?

Re: email login
I did give setting it up one more time:no luck
I noticed when I went to settings on sky mail and then Forwarding and Pop/imap I ticked the button "enable all mail" and then save, but when I went back to check if it had been saved there was no dot in the selection button or any of them?

Re: email login
I heard that sky had set up imap so I tried one more time and as well as clicking pop3 all mail, I clicked on enable imap and up to now outlook express is working okay :-)
My thanks to all you folks for your time and help much appreciated.Jim
