      Outlook not downloading all messages?

      I've got OE6 working fine (XP), but it is not downloading all my messages from Sky.

      This only applies to some messages - the majority of them get through. The messages appear on the Sky site, are not marked as spam or anything but go straight through to Trash.... at least they did until I set messages to remain in the Inbox so I don't miss anything.

      These are messages of the more commercial type, e.g. order confirmations, responses from suppliers etc., and I wonder if Sky/Google is treating them as suspicious in some way. They are not sent to Spam.

      I have tried putting the senders in the Contacts list, as suggested on Google, but no luck. There doesn't seem to be any way to mark them as "friends". This means I have to regularly check the Sky site instead of using OE, which is a pain!

      Any ideas? Should I try another mail client?

      My emails weren't being received at all a few days ago. I logged into sky portal, and it wouldn't accept my password. I tried a previous one, and it let me in! Set it to the prev in outlook, no change, so I reset it completely to a new one via the portal, changed im outlook, and all emails coming in now
