Not receiving attachments
For the past few days I have not been receiving attachments. If I ask for a picture to be inserted in the message instead, I just get the red X.
I have to ask for the attachment to be re-sent, and pick it up from the server.
I'm sure I selected somewhere to leave a copy on the server anyway?

In Outlook Express in the settings there is an option to block attachments and images in mails, you haven't done this have you.

Alan b, thanks, no I haven't blocked attachments.
Further developments: the paperclip is missing, I'm not getting the notification. If I click File, Save Attachments... it works. I'll see if the cat has been playing with it.
