      Authentication Problems

      Hi there, Im new to sky and have st up Windows Mail by following the guild in the thread, but each time i try to send/receive any mail I get Authentication problems, saying that my username or password is wrong.

      I know it is right, as i can log onto My Sky fine.

      I entered my username as

      USERNAME@sky.com
      PASSWORD

      Any ideas guys?

      Have you enabled POP through your email and tools mail settings page?
