Getting IMAP to work - assistance required
I thought I might have another try at getting Sky email IMAP to work properly with Outlook 2007. I have all the correct settings and I did get it to work. However, it caused instability with Outlook 2007 and caused it to crash a number of times. Could I ask this - when I enable IMAP in Sky email settings do I disable POP3 or leave both enabled and save? Also this might sound obvious but I have three machines I want to get my email off, I am right in thinking that I setup IMAP on each machine?
Finally does anyone have James Murdoch's correct email address. I sent an email to him at james.murdoch@bskyb.com but it has bounced back with a delivery failure?

Re: Getting IMAP to work - assistance required
Hmm! I think I've solved this myself - in short disable POP3. All now seems to be working. One thing I would like to sort out though - I now have three separate email folders all with an email address attached to them. I then collapse the folder tree for my now defunct inbox in Outlook Sent items etc. and click the + to expand all my new email boxes, no problems there. However, when I close Outlook and reopen the new email accounts have collapsed again and my original tree has expanded again. Is there a way to solve this?
