Additional email adresses - Slowly
Just a bit of info.
One of my additional email adresses for sky has just recently started working after around a week. The other 2 still cannot login or use email yet, so ill keep this updated when they do.
Just to say that sky are working on people not being able to login, but very slowly.

What settings did you use for the 'Logon Information for the other email addresses ie was it your primary username and password?
Also did you have to go through the 'verify' process on the Mail settings>Accounts Tab etc
I am having so much trouble getting other email addresses to work through Outlook

Additional addresses are created by logging into sky.com/mysky using your primary user name and password. Once in Mysky yousimply click on the "manage additional users" link and create the new accounts. Once created log out of your primary and log in with the new account, enable pop via email and tools as normal and that is it. There is no verify process.
