Windows Mail, Business Email & Sky Email

I cannot send emails on windows mail

i have a business email address (myname@mybusiness.co.uk) and i got the incoming settings off the company who is supplying my email and website and as i can recieve emails on windows mail i assume its working okay.

However It wont let me send at all!

I think my settings are as far as i know correct but if you could help that would be great !

i have my email address as my business address (myname@mybusiness.co.uk) and then i have pophost.123-reg.co.uk as my incoming server (as told by my website and email company) and smtp.tools.sky.com as my outgoing server. I have ticket the box about my server requiring authentication and have put my sky username without the "@sky.com" part in it and my password in the settings section.

Everything was fine and well until the settings changed !

      I also get this error

"The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

Sky changed the servers. They now use googlemail servers, which dont support 3rd party mail. so now, Sky doesnt support 3rd party mail.
