    Second e-mail address

      Second e-mail address

      I'm trying make a second e-mail address in MySky/tools/options.

      I think the idea is that you create your new address then Sky mails you back to which you click on to verify.
      I keep receiving the "Delivery Status Failure" in my mail box.

      The Sky helpline (30mins) says this takes a few days to become active? which seems strange.

      Any idea what I'm doing wrong.

      Sorry if I'm on the wrong forum section.

      Yes you are doing it in the wrong place, that is for adding existing 3rd party email address's so you can send as your existing address via sky/google.

      You need to "Manage Additional Users" under your mysky login. This link should take you there.

      The second e-mail address I wanted is for myself not an additional user.

      By additional user it means another email address. You can keep all the datails as yourself.

      Thanks Moleman, it now makes sense!

      Only joined Sky this week so everything is strange to me.
