      Problem with domain email

I am trying to set up email account using my domain. Outgoing emails are working fine (via smtp for skyuser) but I can't receive mail. This is how I've got incoming mail set:

      email address is me@mydomain.co.uk
username is my sky email address with password (new account)
      incoming mail pop.tools.sky.com
incoming port is set at 995 with SL ticked

pop is enabled in my sky email portal

I know I must be missing something, just can't think what

I had thought of adding my domain email to the "add account" in skymails settings but I can't receive the verification email!

      Can anyone help please?
      Kim

Wouldn't your incoming pop and username/password have to be your domains and not your sky ones.

My domain host (123.reg) doesn't provide free email. If you are right Alan, looks like I'm stuffed

I'm probably missing something here but if your host doesn't provide email how can you be trying to set Sky up so it collects your domain mail for you ?

Log in to your control panel at 123-reg then:
Manage Domains | Modify Domain | E-mail forwarding | Update E-mail Forwarding Addresses to your Sky address and collect mail from pop.tools.sky.com
