Email Reply Address
A client is configured to Receive Email from the Company Address but send from Home using the home Sky Account
No Problem except when customers reply to her, the Replies are going to her Sky address NOT the company email address as required
Does the fact the Outgoing SMTP requires Authentication & the Sky Account Logon & Username are needed have any bearing
She is using Outlook 2003, configured like this
Name: aaa
Email Address: aaa@companyname.com
Incoming server: companyserver
Outgoing Server: smtp.tools.sky.com
More Settings: Outgoing server requires authentication
Logon using Username: b.bb@sky.com
Password: xxx
When a mail arrives from this user it's displayed as
aaa [b.bb@sky.com] - so any reply goes to this not the company address
Do I need to be looking at the Reply E-mail: on the More settings - General (tab)
Thanks for all help

Re: Email Reply Address
Have a look here: Sky.com - Sky Help Centre>Sky Online
In brief, you need to register and authenticate the address you want the replies to go to: Mail Settings | Accounts | Add another email address
