      creating new folders

      can anyone help?
      need to create new folder to put emails into, how can I do this, is this the lables box?

      In Outlook Express, click (from the top menu) File - New - Folder, or File - Folder - New.

      In gmail, select the conversations you with to group together.
      In more actions scroll down to new label, and follow the prompts.
      In future any conversation you wish to group with these select it, click on more actions, and apply the appropriate label.

      Its also possible to set up a filter to do this automatically for you.
